These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 88bg ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the 88bg website at https://88bg.io and its associated sub-pages and mobile interfaces.

By accessing the 88bg platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the service in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are effective as of 2026 and supersede all previous versions. 88bg reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the 88bg website, mobile interface, and all services accessible at https://88bg.io.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account or is accessing the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sports market, casino game, or any other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, or other non-cash incentive issued to a Player's Account by 88bg.
• "BDT" / "Taka" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available within the Account dashboard.

Use of 88bg is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an Account.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of 88bg or any of its technology and game-supply partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 88bg or any other gambling platform where that exclusion remains in force.

88bg takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. Age verification documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driving licence — may be requested at registration and are mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. Any Account found to have been created by or on behalf of an underage individual will be immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method.

If you are uncertain whether online gambling is lawful in your specific location, it is your sole responsibility to seek independent legal advice before registering with 88bg.

To access the full range of services offered by 88bg, you must create a registered Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, contact details, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts. Any funds contained within duplicate Accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

88bg reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for that decision. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified 88bg of unauthorised access and 88bg has confirmed receipt of that notification. 88bg will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

You must notify 88bg immediately by emailing [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, that your password has been compromised, or that any transaction on your Account was not initiated by you. Upon receiving such notification, 88bg will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending that investigation.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords such as your date of birth or mobile number.
• Do not access your 88bg Account from shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available in your Account security settings.
• Log out of your Account fully after each session, particularly on mobile devices shared with other household members.
• Never respond to any message purporting to be from 88bg that asks for your password — 88bg will never request your password via any channel.

All deposits to 88bg are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit applied at the platform level, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits which are outside the control of 88bg.

88bg currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The available payment methods displayed in your Account at the time of deposit are the authoritative and current list. 88bg reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 88bg does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the depositing Account may be suspended pending investigation.

88bg does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, your bank) may apply their own standard charges which are beyond 88bg's control. All such charges are your responsibility.

Withdrawals from your 88bg Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC (Know Your Customer) identity and age verification before any withdrawal is processed. This typically requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be issued to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the 88bg support team.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not be included in any withdrawal calculation.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within one to four hours of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• 88bg reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal request at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason.

Withdrawal requests submitted during high-volume periods — such as major cricket tournament finals, Eid holidays, or national public holidays in Bangladesh — may experience processing delays of up to 24 hours beyond the standard timeframe. 88bg will communicate any anticipated delays through the platform's notification system.

88bg issues bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that promotion.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all 88bg promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• 88bg reserves the right to disqualify any Player from a promotion where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing wagers to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematically exploiting promotional structures.
• Bonuses are issued for entertainment purposes and do not constitute a financial product or investment.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per payment method is permitted.

88bg reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice communicated through the Platform.

All sports betting markets offered on 88bg, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh national team fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other markets, are governed by the specific rules published within the sportsbook for each market type. In the absence of sport-specific rules, the following general betting rules apply:

• All wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or voided by the Player after confirmation except where a specific cash-out or edit-bet feature is explicitly offered for that market.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or clearly erroneous price that resulted in a wager being accepted at an obviously incorrect odds value, 88bg reserves the right to void that wager and return the stake to the Player's account balance.
• Wagers placed on suspended or closed markets — even if confirmed by a system error — will be voided and stakes returned.
• For casino games, the rules of each individual game as specified by the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and others) shall apply and take precedence over any general platform rules for that game.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round that has already commenced, the outcome will be determined based on the game's standard completion rules. Where a round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned.

88bg reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any wager at its sole discretion without being required to provide an explanation. Certain markets may have maximum stake limits applied at the market level which will be displayed before confirmation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88bg Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, system errors, or pricing mistakes in a systematic manner to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in ways not available to standard human users.
• Colluding with other Players, Platform employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Misusing the bonus system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing opposing bets to hedge bonus wagering requirements, or systematically arbitraging promotional offers.
• Accessing or attempting to access any area of the Platform for which you do not have authorisation.
• Permitting any third party to use your Account credentials to wager on the Platform.

88bg employs automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited activities. Where prohibited activity is identified, 88bg will take appropriate action including Account suspension, cancellation of wagers and bonuses, recovery of funds obtained through prohibited activity, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

All content, design elements, software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials displayed on or accessible through the 88bg Platform ("Platform Content") are the intellectual property of 88bg or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for the purpose of using the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform Content without prior written consent from 88bg.
• Use any Platform Content for commercial purposes or for the benefit of any third party.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any software component of the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform Content.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content will constitute an infringement of 88bg's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.

88bg is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligation to prevent gambling-related harm among its player base. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from the Account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month after which further wagering will be prevented until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play to encourage breaks.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) if you feel you need a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 88bg Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period selected.

88bg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• The Account has been involved in any form of prohibited activity as described in Section 10.
• A legal obligation, regulatory requirement, or court order requires the Account to be suspended or closed.
• The security or integrity of the Platform would be compromised by continued Account operation.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, 88bg reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player after completion of KYC verification, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or investigations are in progress.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88bg shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from wagering activity on the Platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances outside 88bg's reasonable control.
• Loss or corruption of Account data resulting from events beyond 88bg's reasonable control.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers that result in delays to deposits or withdrawals.
• Any decision made by 88bg in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including decisions to void wagers, suspend Accounts, or cancel promotions.

Where 88bg is found liable for any loss or damage, its total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

88bg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 88bg will notify registered Players through one or more of the following channels: a notification displayed upon login, an email to the address registered on the Account, or a notice published in the Platform's announcements section.

Amendments become effective on the date specified in the notification, which will be no less than seven calendar days from the date of notification for material changes. Non-material changes (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or updates to contact information) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. 88bg operates in compliance with all relevant legal frameworks applicable to online entertainment platforms serving the Bangladesh market.

Any disputes arising between you and 88bg that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the 88bg support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. 88bg will respond to all formal dispute submissions within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to, or shall operate to, circumvent or override any mandatory consumer protection rights that you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
